Agreement Between User and Wood Moulding Specialties, Inc.

Privacy Policy

It is WMS policy to respect the privacy of its users. You agree that we may disclose personal information we collect from you if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to claims, to protect the rights, property or safety of WMS, or others.

Communications with Wood Moulding Specialties, Inc.

Except as otherwise addressed in our privacy policy, you agree that any communications you may have with WMS, including but not limited to, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, drawings, original material or information, are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Wood Moulding Specialties upon transmission of such communications to WMS by way of e-mail or other means. Wood Moulding Specialties shall own the exclusive rights to such communications, and shall be entitled to their unrestricted use for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.
